By using Intellect, you agree to the following terms. This page brings the existing product terms together and explains the policy that applies across all Intellect products.
Purchases & refunds
All sales are final. Purchases are non-refundable. By purchasing Intellect, you acknowledge the existing no-refund policy.

PayPal disputes, claims & refunds
Any PayPal dispute, claim, or refund will result in being blacklisted across all Intellect Softworks products, including Roblox and Gorilla Tag.
The blacklist applies across the Intellect product range, rather than only to the product involved in the dispute, claim, or refund.
If you buy the Roblox product and refund that purchase through PayPal, the blacklist applies to Roblox and Gorilla Tag, as well as other Intellect products. It is no longer limited to Roblox alone.
This policy was introduced in response to recent fraud. If you have a purchase or payment question, contact the team through the official Discord server.
Licenses & access sharing
Sharing access licenses, selling or distributing your key will result in a permanent blacklist. Sharing, selling, leaking, or redistributing access is prohibited.
Your access key and license must not be passed to someone else, offered for resale, or posted for others to use.
Hardware, accounts & access limits
Exploiting or abusing hardware ID (HWID) resets or any other system feature can result in a blacklist. Abusing resets or attempting to evade access limits can lead to removal of access.
Using Intellect on multiple accounts or attempting to bypass hardware bans is prohibited. Reset features must not be used to work around those restrictions.
You are responsible for your account, device, hardware security, and configuration choices.
Conduct & product restrictions
Being a buyer does not exempt you from bans. Violating Discord’s Terms of Service or Intellect’s terms can result in a ban.
You may not attempt to create or find methods of detecting Intellect for deepcheckers.
Reverse engineering, modifying, or decompiling Intellect is forbidden. These restrictions cover attempts to examine or alter the software through those methods.
Software & responsibility
Intellect is provided “as is,” without warranties, expressed or implied.
Intellect Softworks is not responsible for damages, losses, or consequences resulting from use or misuse. You remain responsible for your account, device, and the configuration choices you make.
Changes to these terms
Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
